Chris helps organisations assess and address their DC needs. He uses his specialist experience of the DC environment to make sure that they have the right scheme design, legal vehicle, pension providers, communication strategies and governance arrangements to meet their objectives.
In this ever-changing DC landscape, Chris has helped employers and trustees cope with the financial and operational demands of auto-enrolment, handle the complexities of Freedom & Choice, increase member engagement (or harness member apathy) and pragmatically meet the increased quality standards for DC schemes.
A Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, Chris has also been integral to the development and delivery of Guided Outcomes, which measures and improves member outcomes.
Chris is married with a young son and his passions include family life, football and Formula 1.
